Close is the alias of Will Saul, the man behind electronic mega-labels Aus and Simple. Over the past dozen years, he’s made a huge name for himself as a producer, DJ, and label owner, but the Close project has been his crowning achievement more recently.
Every track on the forthcoming album reflects a different collaboration (and that’s without even counting remixes). Still only a few songs deep, it’s already impressive enough to be a shoe-in for one of the electronic albums of the year.
